Tiefossi provides a delivery guarantee for all orders. If your order fails to arrive within 6 weeks, please contact our support team at support@tiefossi.com with your order number, and we will process a full refund for you.
- Once your package has been shipped, no changes (name, phone number, postal code, delivery address) or order cancellations can be made.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable on all orders.
Order processing normally takes 24–48 hours. Please allow slight delays due to item stock availability and official national holidays. A tracking number will be sent to your registered email once your package is dispatched.
Item prices do not include import duties, taxes or any additional shipping fees. Tiefossi has no control over local customs procedures and cannot pre-advise on applicable duty rates or related charges.
